Diversity concerns everybody.
At its heart, diversity is about what it means to be a human being living amongst fellow human beings. Therefore, at a baseline pragmatic level, it concerns utilising the differences we all have by the very fact of our humanity, in a creative fashion through rational thought to ensure the continued progression and development of the human species.
Diversity is about the process of ‘mutual thinking’ that translates into the continued social, political and economic advancement that keeps the human species ‘alive and kicking’ feeding into the different areas of our lives – including our organisational life, where different people thinking together, inevitability leads to further creativity, which in turn translates into organisational growth, development and sustainability.
